Banana Boats

I’m always looking for snacks.
I was too lazy this week to throw in my bananas with oats and make a nice, carb-rich cookie.
A week or two went by, and I felt bad for leaving my more than overripe bananas sitting there.
My goal is to be sustainable and not waste food — or anything to be honest. We throw away far too much stuff.
Then I saw this great idea.
I am making banana boats with hemp seeds and peanut butter sprinkling.
You also have the added crunchiness of cacao nibs and goji berries.
It’s not only delicious but nourishing!
I thought I’d bring it to your attention too.
Don’t throw away ripe bananas — or even if you have some green ones hovering around. Instead, try this out and get your daily intake of potassium and good-quality carbs.
It’s worth a try.
Let me know how it goes.
