I saved it for the weekend ahead; you can have a little bit of an indulgence.
Yesterday I bought some vegan treats and was sadly disappointed. I don’t get the same nourishment and wow factor as my creations at home.
Maybe it’s just me, but I always aim to eat something with nutritional value.
That rule applies to treats as well.
Imagine if we all thought of food in this sense? How many health problems we would eliminate.
