Healthy and nourishing meal alternatives that might take a bit more time and love on your part.

Monday to Friday can be a whirlwind when rushing kids off to school, preparing yourself for the office and getting in a decent workout.

But on the weekends, we can take our time and do something a little special for ourselves and the family.

Why not try out these protein-filled pancakes, and make a few extra pancakes for a snack during the week?

Please keep them in a sealed container in your fridge, then toast them for a crispy and delicious snack. Peanut butter drizzle is optional!
