Yummy strawberry bowls of goodness every single day! Authors Image.

Use the weekend wisely.

Make it part of your routine to add some of these yummy, healthy and vital treats!

Not a day goes by when I don’t indulge in something that looks deadly for my waistline but is actually helping me keep my energy levels high, and satisfying the need for something sweet.

Puddings like these are easy to make over the weekend, store in a glass jar, and grab them for your lunchbox (or even for the kids).

When 3 pm hits, you can still go to the fridge and grab something — you aren’t cheating on your diet.

Instead, you are giving junk the flick in favour of nutrients that will actually help keep your energy steady.

No more sugar slumps — we don’t have time for those anymore

We have a 5 pm deadline to hit! And we better make it.
