Chocolate Energy Protein Bites
Do you love chocolate as much as I do?
My chocolate obsession eased up when I eliminated processed sugar from my diet. Now, I love the taste of natural cacao and dates as a sweetener. Combined, they taste divine.
As simple as this recipe is, my word, it takes away that need for chocolate.
Best eaten when it hit’s 3 pm.
That’s usually the sweet spot where most of us need an extra bit of protein and a bit of antioxidant chocolate power to make it through the day.
You could eat these any time of the day. So why subject yourself to one or two times?
If you find dates too sweet, then subtract them for either blended walnuts, almonds or maybe some oats. Add stevia instead.
Of course, chocolate works with pretty much anything, so I leave this recipe to your own creative devices and eating plan structure.
