I would save these for the weekend, but I can’t!

A pancake mid-week is perfect when it only takes 10 minutes to make.

You could blend everything, store it in the fridge, and then make them fresh — after a workout.

Or, why not store the pre-made batter, and pace yourself throughout the week?

Don’t leave it to breakfast — use these as a post-workout or mid-morning snack.
