Classic Guacamole
My daughter and I LOVE avocado.
I wrote a post on the benefits of eating avocado — which apply to women.
Scientists seem to make it a lot easier to justify eating avocado on a daily basis.
I use it in salads, baked veggies — or make my smashed avocado on spelt sourdough.
It’s absolutely delicious on anything.
Pre-make a small batch and have it ready in the fridge. Then, place several spoonfuls on absolutely anything to get your daily dose of good fats.
