Creamy Roasted Tomato & Garlic Pasta
It’s raining pretty much every single day here in Sydney.
And you know what happens on days like this? Pasta!
Enjoy a nice bowl of wholesome, nourishing pasta.
That’s what I call the ultimate comfort food when the outdoors leave you no option to stay in and chill out.
You can also use vegan parmesan on anything. Try it out on salads, or as a topping on your buttery sourdough bread.
If you are a vegetarian — try it out on your scrambled eggs.
I might need to dedicate a recipe collection for the different types of vegan cheese we can all make.
