Dill & Cream Cheese Scramble Eggs
Honestly, do you only eat eggs for breakfast?
I eat them throughout the day — and when I’m out, I make sure I have one in my bag.
They provide so much nutrient value in one little food; it’s hard not to sing its praises.
When I decided to give up eating animal protein — I made sure never to give up eggs.
Why you might ask — well, in my eyes, it’s the most beautiful source of protein, vitamins and minerals.
Perhaps other people might not share this belief — but why give up something that will allow you to meet your protein and vitamin intake.
Plus, I source mine from organic farmers, ensuring the eggs are produced in the best way possible.
I love eggs, and I hope you appreciate this alternative for breakfast. You can easily swap the dairy used here for a plant-based alternative.
