This is what I believe is the most critical first step towards dieting with or without much effort. Once you have this, then everything else is so much easier.

- Manage your portion sizes. Many people believe that vast amounts of protein (or anything healthy) don’t add up fat accumulation. You can and will most certainly cause yourself damage by overeating on anything. Fortunately, most nutritious foods are hard to overeat because they are filled with nutrients and fibre. This will increase your chances of becoming whole and eating less. The protein from calories are still stored as fat f you eat excessive amounts of it. Just keep that in mind and monitor your portion sizes.
- Skip a meal — either breakfast or dinner. This is the most effective way to lose weight quickly. This is just another way of telling you how great fasting is. With fasting as a lifestyle choice, you will experience weight loss and a decrease in your chances of developing diseases.
