Weight loss involved a healthy nutritional lifestyle, as well as a mindset shift. I have found that one cannot work well enough without the other.

Most of us experience hidden habits that we use to cope with stressors and even anxious events that can happen at any time during our lives. This can either make or break your nutritional plan and set you up for failure with your weight loss goals. This can happen without you even noticing at first. When you pay attention to it, usually the damage is done, or you have to get to the bottom of what’s happening to cause this. I find that a stressful event can see me making choices that aren’t bad but overindulging on the good stuff too often! That often means eating when your not hungry and chewing because it’s soothing and settles stress and anxiety. Everyone has their own experience of stress eating, and that’s just one of many. May I suggest you become acquainted with your habit and become completely honest about what you are doing? There is no need to discuss it with anyone; bring your conscious awareness to it — in that way, it’s been exposed, and you will now understand the triggers and how to stop it from happening. This is what I believe is the most critical first step towards dieting with or without much effort. Once you have this, then everything else is so much easier.
