Sometimes fasting can be a real struggle, especially during the last few hours you have left. There is no easy answer when it comes to diminishing hunger, but I’ve had a few winning strategies that work quite well during my fasting experience.

We need to understand that hunger is our bodies response, and we have to use our minds to control it. Yes, it can be hard at times, but once you build that resilience muscle, it will become a whole lot easier. When I started fasting again, I realised why I had these thoughts clouding my mind, and now I know how to overcome them effectively. It is all about controlling those thoughts, feelings and emotions coming up inside of you.
