Hello everyone

I wanted to show my endless gratitude to you all for your comments, feedback, wonderful stories, and tips and to those who find all those silly little mistakes, I constantly make. You are all been wonderful.

I began this journey when my mum was diagnosed with cancer.

I was devastated, lost and empty inside. She was my rock, my best friend and now she was leaving my side.

I wondered why I was given such a hard knock in my life.

At the time, I didn’t even know how I felt.

Those emotions were so overwhelming that explaining them in word form was impossible. That’s why I began to write. I didn’t know what else to do.

Whatever I wrote was a bunch of feelings muddled that probably didn’t make sense.

Then I began to realise how special this devastating event was — because it led me to search the ends of the internet to find and bring as many positive health tips, benefits and information to you as possible.

The journey has just begun, and my mission is to help several or even one single person change their lives through better food choices and exercise.

I wish I had known this before my mum got sick. Some things happen for a reason, even though at first we may think it’s happening to hurt us.

But if I can help someone in Medium or Goggle land -I’ve done my duty.

Thank you all — please keep up with your health and lifestyle goals. Your health is your life of abundance and wealth.

I hope what I write is sometimes useful to you, perhaps funny or weird.
