I had a lot of trouble with vocal media too. They approved my payment yet months have passed and they are yet to forward it to me. Plus, I cancelled the direct payment per month and suddenly they suddenly started charging me. I assumed they did something on their end without authorisation. What surprised me is that my bank details were no longer available, so it was definitely suspicious. They would have not paid me back the money they took out if I didn’t admit I was a cyber security professional, and what they did was actually illegal. I wasn’t going to let them get away with it.
