Thank you for sharing that link. I often love reading through the material on Healthline. I’m lucky as a University Student; I get access to the research material without paying for the entire paper (sometimes, but not always).

Thank you for your suggestion to go into more detail. I think I’ll do that, as you are right, it’s quite surface level. It can get very technical, though.
