It all depends on the individual. Some people like to eat later in the evening, and some early in the morning. It’s our circadian rhythm that is at play here. From my personal experience and body clock, I prefer to eat early in the day and nothing after lunch, right up until the morning. It doesn’t work for everyone. I can never sleep well after eating — no matter how small.
