I haven’t done this myself, but it has worked (mainly for men). But it is worth a try (in small doses) to see how you take it.
It would be great if researchers used women as their testing subjects. Everything I read these days is based on young and active men!
I wish this were around when I was trying to bulk up — but I have an issue with dairy, so this may be a problem.
I don’t think you will have a problem with the right formula.
However, perhaps it’s best to seek the advice of a trained professional who has experience with women who want to build muscle.
