Thank you for sharing this. I have this bladder occurrence too, which was quite a massive issue for me when I had endometriosis.

Night upon the night, it was either night sweats or bathroom trips! It's hard enough sleeping when you are uncomfortable in the abdomen.

Perhaps this is one area that research hasn't yet touched on - but diseases such as endometriosis and possibly some gastrointestinal disorders along with menopause can mess with sleep quality and quantity.

I know our liver goes through a cleansing process during the night, which can sometimes wake us up. Honestly, if it's not one thing, it's another.

Can you please share your blue light-blocking glasses? It may be beneficial for people.
