Hello Dale.

After following and reading Dr Gundry's advice on protein cosumption and longevity, I've changed my own beliefs regarding protein. I would encourage you to have a look through his website. We are actually eating far too much than we need. Our bodies recycle protein. It's very interesting. I wouldn't worry too much. If you wanted to be a body builder than I would advice you to consider regular meals - although it's not really ideal for your health long term. :)
