Your last comment made me laugh! No, I don’t work for that company, but I enjoy watching their videos and I purchased the audiobook. It’s pretty interesting. I highly recommend it if you are interested in nutrition. I found that it explained the process a lot better. It’s not an affiliate link or anything.

You must boil the potatoes, let them cool and then re-heat again to get the benefits. The same goes for rice too.

Broccoli is your cooking preference. I like to lightly blanch mine as over-boiling takes out all the nutrient value.
