How are you finding Intermittent fasting?

I absolutely love it - especially the results I gain from half the effort I make in the gym.

Training less and still getting the benefits has been the biggest eye opener for me.

This has helped me a lot with my muscle building goals. HGH is definitely a big contributor. :)
