Thanks for this great post.

I have started selling some random pieces on Red bubble. I have set a target to upload on or 2 per day, so I can at least get 30 or so up to start with. The only traction I've received is 3 likes for a particular work.

I'm a designer by nature, and have a lot of images which I've not thought of selling. I'm also keen on doing more motivational and cheeky sayings on particular items. Not sure how it will go, but let's see.

I'd love to know more with the people who've actually sold things. There is one woman who is doing quite well selling in very weird niches. But she does a whole range of things to promote her work.

You've got to be in it to win it I say.
