Thank you for your kind response. HIIT up hills is one of the best ways to lean your legs. I did it all the time before a comp.
Unfortunately, we know what to do but don't do it. As Napoleon Hill says, it's tough to explain man's indifference. We fool around too much and don't do it because we're scared.
I was hoping more people would move past the scare factor and go ahead and do the thing :) Maybe my dream will come true one day, especially for those thinking about lifting weights.
