Hello Jayrow,

Yes, you are correct (well, I have read the same through a couple of different mediums), and it’s best to space them out. But again, it would depend on your goals and lifestyle. Perhaps some people allocate two consecutive rest days and therefore, might go low carb on those particular days. I would test a few alternatives out and determine what works best for your body. 😀
