People who have type two diabetes are affected by different fruits. From my mum's experience, she eliminated grapes and often had small servings of watermelon. Apples, berries and pears were ok in small doses. There are so many factors that contribute to balancing glucose. Spreading out the things she enjoyed worked for her (as well as exercise and fasting).
