I completely agree with you on that one!

I think you really hit the nail on the head when you mentioned "breaking things up" during the day - in order to get it done.

I believe that we're all stuck in the mindset that you have to do one hour or fourty five minutes of consistent training to get the best out of it. Sometimes we just can't do that, but doing something is always the key.

You can most definitely filter both cardio and weights during little breaks. What a great way to switch off, and ignite your metabolism.
