I’m stunned that a doctor would diagnose you without testing.

I did my test through a gastroenterologist, and that way, they can tell you how high your percentage of lactose intolerance is.

That helps you see if you can add small doses of dairy (or use lactose-free alternatives). I can’t even use lactose-free as it still creates a lousy trigger.

Maybe you have some form of intolerance to additives.

Sometimes even the smallest of additives can hinder your health and brain capacity. Take sulphates, for instance — which are found in most dried fruit. That can cause many problems for people. This causes gastrointestinal upset for me — for others, headaches and breathing difficulties.

If I were you, I would do more testing and see what the trigger is. I can pinpoint how my diet hindered my ability to learn and retain information throughout my life. I don’t think people understand how badly specific sensitive individuals can react to foods.
