Absolutely. Starting small is the key, and no one begins the journey knowing everything.
I believe we overthink the nutritional steps needed for weight loss.
Keeping it basic, such as veggies, fruit, complex carbs, and lean protein sources would undoubtedly make it a lot easier. That’s what I was trying to articulate by using “simple and easy.”
