Nuts are great, and they are quite filling too. Bodybuilders eat a lot of white rice and rice cakes. They are low-calorie and are beneficial for replenishing the muscles after a hard workout. But that’s not to say regular folks can’t eat them.
I recommend oats. That’sding some protein powder so you can add that much-needed protein source.
That’s a great clean carb. Other sodon’t would be sweet potato and quinoa. Add some variety into your diet so you don’t get bored and can cycle through different carb sources regularly.
