It sure does! If you eat enough plant based protein, and lift heavy weights it does. It works for me anyway. I feel a lot better without the gunk of animal protein. My gut has had enough of it.

What does your diet look like? You can always start by eating plant based protein sources and limiting animal ones. Having the best of both worlds is just as good.
