No, not at all. What I wanted to let people know is that if they cook lentils, they are still getting a good amount of nutritional level from them.

I use this method because I am slowly trying to increase the health of my gut, and it worked well. I do love soft lentils more so than the chewable variety. I would say, if your gut can handle it, then go ahead.
