I can appreciate that the small is pretty bad, and opening it in an office might leave people wondering that you dropped a bomb!

I'm glad you also mentioned the US shelves, because my experience with sauerkraut is good old fashioned organic varieties that I can source locally. It may be hard for a lot of other people to find the right sources.

Wholefoods sounds like the right place. I did visit one in Hawaii many years ago. They seem to have an endless variety of every single product known to man!
