No problem at all about the messages.
I had to work out 4–5 times per week, and there were some phases in which I had to train twice a day. I worked in conjunction with a trainer, and we’d assess my progression depending on the relevant show coming up. Because I was on a strict diet and trying to build muscle, it sometimes didn’t work in my favour. If I did it all again, I would build muscle with more calories (but not get fat in the process) and then start to lean out. That would have saved a lot of frustration.
