I’m happy you found something that works for you. I agree too that when you fast, you can seem to get away with eating a little bit more than you normally would. It seems that fasting increases our bodies natural capacity to burn calories efficiently. I’m glad you pointed that out because a lot of my fellow fasting buddies have said the same thing happens to them further down the track.
