18 oz. (500g) bone-in pork chops (2 chops)
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. unsalted butter
Four cloves garlic, 2 with skins on, two minced
4 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. tamari
1 ½ tbsp. apple cider vinegar
One sprig rosemary
