I have found it to be more beneficial for energy in the mornings. Training with weights in the evenings increase your chances of gaining muscle - but it also leaves me hyped up (and I can't sleep!) . I guess I would rely on your circadian rhythm to dictate your training schedule. When do you feel more energy? If that's in the morning, then training at that time will be more beneficial. See h
