Keto Eggplant Lasagna
Ketones are marvellous. They help to supercharge your brain into action.
They are an endless source of energy and are quickly replenished.
Now, food is one way (through a low carb) keto diet, but did you know that Intermittent fasting provides the benefit as well?
That’s why so many people feel like their brains capacity is on overdrive when they fast. On the other hand, hunger doesn’t seem to be a problem when your brain is charged up for action.
If you carb cycle or love eating Keto once in a while, give this a try. If anything, it eliminates those heavy pastry sheets that make us tired and worn out after eating them.
If you are vegan, go without the mince and cheese.
Add vegan cheese and some “fake meat” if it doesn’t hurt your gut too much.
I’d prefer not to. Having veggies with some tomato paste is tasty by itself.
Try out a few alternatives, and let me know what you like best.
