Eating enough good quality fats can sometimes be a bit of an obstacle.

Good quality seafood can be tricky.

Why not visit your local seafood market and bulk buy for the next few weeks? Markets tend to sell freshly caught produce that allows for more flexibility when freezing.

Back when I ate a lot of seafood, I was pretty fussy. Unfortunately, local shops never seemed to have the peak freshness as a marketplace.

Therefore, I’d save myself for a more extensive trip, buy up and freeze.

I highly recommend you do the same.
