Low-Carb Flaxseed & Coconut Porridge

What you need (serves 2)
6 tbsp. ground flaxseed
4 tbsp. coconut flour
One scoop vanilla whey protein powder
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 cup (240ml) + 2 tbsp. unsweetened almond milk
What you need to do
- Place all five ingredients into a small microwave-safe bowl. Whisk well, making sure there are no lumps. Microwave on high for 60–90 seconds.
- Divide the porridge between 2 bowls, add toppings of choice and serve immediately.
Topping suggestions (not included in the nutritional breakdown): berries, unsweetened shredded coconut, chopped walnuts, almond butter.
