Mexican Chicken Bowl
I post a lot of chicken recipes — in case you didn’t notice 😀.
Chicken is a very low caloric source of protein.
Back in the days when I was preparing for my bodybuilding shows, I took advantage of chicken. To swap things around, I would throw in eggs or perhaps some fish.
If you find it challenging to lose those extra pounds -try swapping your alternative protein source to chicken. Say, 3–4 times per week.
Chicken is so versatile, you can add it to salads, have it with avocado or make your own Poke Bowl.
Try to choose organic chicken if you can, as the regular variety contains many hormones and antibiotics.
That could dent your body composition & health goals!
