Post Workout Banana Pancakes
Post-workout snacks are so important if you are rushing off to work.
It’s not so important if you are trying to lose weight.
If you are hungry but trying to lose weight, make a meal of eggs and green veggies with avocado.
Building muscle needs fuel — but you will still be susceptible to weight gain.
Go easy and work out your nutritional needs, and tweak accordingly.
I would prefer to eat lower calorie foods than eliminate the good stuff.
You can use so many hacks — don’t resort to eating less.
Life is worth being hungry for the sake of weight loss.
