Salmon contains Omega three, protein, and many essential vitamins and minerals — therefore, it’s a beautiful meal choice for you and your family.

After a hard workout, or perhaps when healing from surgery or injury — then it’s a great idea to eat salmon regularly because it helps reduce inflammation and promote healing.

I highly recommend getting some wild salmon because it contains more potassium than the equivalent of a banana. Potassium helps manage blood pressure and can help reduce the risk of stroke.

Although salmon can be quite expensive, I would recommend you think of it as an investment in your health.

It may be good to purchase salmon from your local marketplace fresh and keep on the lookout for special deals. It pays to make this one of your priority foods and eat it as often as possible.

Your health will thank you for it.

P.S. This recipe calls for Romesco salsa, which I will post later today. You can use this salsa in many recipes…
