Inflammation is a way of life these days.
Given we are all trying to be as healthy as we can be (well, I hope you are anyway!) It’s pretty easy to burn the candle at both ends.
Over training, or perhaps an injury — anything which causes you to feel uncomfortable, experience pain or discomfort is a sure-fire indication of inflammation.
As a sufferer of chronic inflammation due to endometriosis — I highly recommend getting to the cause as soon as possible by seeking a specialist’s advice.
It will change your life once the source is either removed or rectified through a doctor’s recommendation.
One thing you have control over in fighting inflammation is to infuse your diet with lots of omega-three fats.
This can come in the form of salmon (as pictured above) or supplementation.
Either way, whatever diet you choose to follow — make sure you include a lot of healthy fats to help combat inflammation.
