Slow Cooker Rump Roast
Your perfect Sunday meal with plenty of leftovers for the week ahead
Most of you are heading into a lovely, warm summer.
Unfortunately, Sydney is beyond cold this year, with temperatures plummeting into the 3-degree zone.
Some of you might think that’s normal — but not for us here! Usually, winter is cold, but this is on another level.
This is where a nice, roast lamb comes in.
The significant reason to slow roast your meats is how excellent leftovers can be. This rump roast could be used in your salads or a different meal.
Sunday is the perfect day to slow cook anything — leaving plenty of time to roast in either your oven or a pressure cooker.
Enjoy the weekend of meal prepping ahead!
