What a delicious sight this is.

Pre-make the night before to enjoy the following day.

I like to create these beautiful mixtures over the weekend.

It allows me to make enough for the week ahead.

Refrigeration time is important. The chia seeds need some time to pull the ingredients together making it a pudding consistency rather than an oatmeal dish.

If it’s too cold, take it out one hour before consumption. Add some warm honey on top if you dare.

Eat it up fast before someone asks you for a taste test!
