This combination is heavenly.

I fooled my daughter into eating cottage cheese. I watched closely for the teenage complaints to flood through our peaceful Saturday morning.

Not a word at all. Perhaps she thought it was coconut yogurt.

The ingredients don’t matter that much when caught in a deliciously filled moment.

Here is something healthy, nourishing and wholesome to have on the weekend, when life is a lot more chilled.

If you don’t have cottage cheese, fetta or yogurt works well.
