Well, for me, it is, but I know a lot more prefer brunch!

Whatever your fancy first meal is — you must try this alternative.

It’s easy to grab while on the run — or as a post-workout meal.

Strawberry Overnight Oats

« Serves 2 « Dairy-Free « High-Protein « Meal Prep « Vegan «
« Prep: 5 min « Cook: 2–8 hours chill time«
« Kcal: 389 « Fats: 8g « Carbs: 50g « Protein: 31g « Fiber: 8g

What you need

1 cup (80g) rolled oats

1 cup (240ml) almond milk, unsweetened

½ cup (280g) natural soy yogurt

2 tbsp. chia seeds

2 tbsp. maple syrup

½ cup strawberries, chopped

Two scoops of vanilla protein powder, vegan

1 tsp. vanilla extract

What you need to do

  1. Place all the ingredients into a large bowl and stir until combined. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  2. Divide the oats between 2 serving glasses or jars and top with additional strawberries (optional — not included in the nutritional breakdown).
