Super Green Salad With Roasted Vegetables
I love my greens.
They are an abundant source of nutrients — no matter what time of the day it might be.
As much as I love raw veggies, the cooked variety allows my sensitive gut to digest them a lot easier — plus, I get to add in my favourites, like onion and garlic. But, unfortunately, those two combinations in raw form cause intestinal distress.
We want to make it as easy for our gut as possible.
But what about combining both raw and cooked veggies? That way, you get the most abundant and nourishing combo.
