Weight loss is very different for every one of us. I’ve not been blessed with the perfect genetics to stay lean all year round. The challenges I have been with my habits — and when stress rears its ugly head-can to become a little challenging for me. We all have some Achilles heel for putting on weight. Although it’s not always perfect for me, I most certainly can bring some of my own experience into this. Check out the following sweet spots for fat loss.

I’m not an overly muscular type — I have tone and shape. This may not be everyone’s cup of tea, but I like the results. The wonderful thing is you don’t have to be overly muscular to enjoy the benefits of fat burn and having an athletic physique. Do try to add in some weight training every week for strength and also tone.
