I make protein balls all the time.

I think of them as my little daily treat, which is well deserved.

They are so small it’s pretty easy to throw them in a container and get to them in the nick of time.

Making a small supply of them over the weekend helps.

I allow myself one protein ball per day — and because they contain protein and nuts, it’s pretty easy to feel full and satisfy that sweet tooth.

We all have a sweet tooth, and to keep it under control, having a small snack that doesn’t break the caloric bank helps a lot!

Once you have one, then you can get on with the rest of your day — productive and full of energy.

You do have to pay a large amount of attention to snacks.

So many of them on our supermarket shelves contain far too many additives and ingredients with odd numbers.

If you can make your own, then please do so. It will save you a lot of time and money in the process.
