Can you resist a delicious cookie? Authors Image.

I don't think I can ever say no to a cookie!

The cookies I make and bake, that is.

I've been posting a lot of protein bites and the like — but sometimes it's nice to sit down with a chewy, gooey cookie and a cup of tea (or coffee).

An excuse isn't needed for one of these — Cause I feel like one.

Keep this recipe in mind when you get out your baking utensils and start your NY baking. Plus, you don't have to tell the kids it's healthy!

We can keep that part to ourselves.

Happy Baking :)
